Fizik shoes are excellent quality an fit. matching the euro numbers to us shoe sizes is always a worry. I wear a 10.5. ordered the 44.5 and was very pleased with comfort. The finish is not a shiny smooth finish, more of a knitted look. This means they are super badass and will make your cycling friends crazy jealous. Also means they may need more attention to keep them pristine. I was so impressed with fit and style that I bought a 2nd pair for the shelf.
