I wear these only to work in an office. We don't have a dress code so I'm going with business casual emphasis on casual, these shoes pull it off with ease. They are very comfortable, not hard, or clunky feeling like similar shoes can be. The only reason the don't get 5 stars is that the soles seem to be wearing quickly. Overall very satisfied.Had to return first pair because the were too small/tight. Next half size up we’re perfect. They look very nice for wearing with jeans. And the sole is comfy so you can walk around all day.. being Merrel you pay a premium price though.I have been buying Merrel shoes for years. This pair was true to size, light weight and very comfortable. The material for the sole is very soft and will wear fast but definitely aids in the comfort. They breath well and I have had no issue with odor. Nice dress casual look. Some might say that Merrell shoes can be a little pricey but there is no denying Merrell quality.My husband was prepared to hate any shoe he didn’t choose for himself. But he loves them. He wears them when he doesn’t want to wear his stiffer dress shoes. They’re passable for a more preppy look. Actually they look great.But they are not designed to keep your feet warm. He works in construction and in 30° weather this week. He said they’ll be great in the summer because air flows straight through them. Nearly froze his feet off.Also the shoestrings have to be double knotted because they’re round and don’t stay tied.Still too pretty to deduct a star.One of my favorite purchases from amazon.Product came exactly as described with no damage and on time. Super comfortable and super light. Love these shoes.I have always liked Merrell brand outdoor shoes so i gave these a shot for everyday office. WOW is all I can say!very comfortable and light weight. Liked them so much i have two pairs in different colors. My go to shoes in the morning.Day 4 of using these are my favorite shoes.Have traveled in my different environments with still kicking ass.These are very light, incredibly comfortable shoes, but by keeping the weight so low has compromised the construction of the sole. I've had them a month now and the sole has worn smooth and I doubt will last another month. I walk in NYC daily average 4-6 miles, but I hoped they would have lasted longer, the topside still looks new.
