Fits great, cups the head well and inspires confidence in safety by simply blending in and making it feel like you're not wearing a helmet. The piece of mind that the spherical tech gives is nice and paired with the fact that it fits like a glove with a huge range of adjustability is even better.BUT1. This helmet is pretty loud when you're moving at speed. Like really loud.2. There really aren't any perfect places to store your sunglasses. I love having a spot in the vents that you can slip your sunnies on those early morning rides to have them handy for when the sun comes over the hills. I've tried with 100% Glendales and S2 along with a pair of Smith Arena and haven't really gotten them in a spot where they're securely out of the way. Bummer, but ultimately the safety and fit overcomes this.Super light weight, comfortable, and well vented. Perfect for hot climate. My second road bike helmet since I began riding again a couple years ago. This is a life changer. I don't even feel like I'm wearing a helmet. It's that light.Great ventilation, lightweight and secure feeling. I really like the slimmer profile so you don’t look like a mushroom. I do wish they had a place to park your sunglasses but you can always slide on the back of your head. It’s got a nice front padding shown here that help divert the sweat off your face and out of your eyes. I find it collects the sweat then it drips off in clumps like water running down a window pane.Super comfy. Fits my large head. Adjustment system is excellent.The helmet fits great, it’s probably the lowest profile helmet that I’ve found. Unfortunately the color was not what was pictured on Amazon. The helmet I received had white and black stripes on it. Those were not in the picture and they look terrible. Way too expensive to look ugly, sent it back.Great helmet for warm weather. Has excellent ventilation and fits quite well.This is my second heilos helmet, it’s lite and you can wear it all day without thinking about it being on your head. My bike cap fits under the helmet without obstructing my view and it is just a great road helmet. A little pricey but well worth every cent!Wanting a black helmet, but with visibility in mind, I compared a Kask Protone with red accent and Giro Helios Spherical with red and white accents. The Giro was lighter, even minimalist, with scant padding and light straps and fastener. It was returned because the white paint extended across intersecting members, not as shown online, made me look like I had antlers, and because the buckle was very hard to snap and unsnap. The Kask was more helmet with thicker padding, better rear protection, heavier straps and smooth working buckle, though not mips. The faux leather strap is overkill and hard to adjust. The forehead pad is too thick for my head size and even with adjustment all the way out makes the fit a little tight. The Lazer G1 mips I'm looking is solid black but has approximate lightness of Giro but nicer pads and straps and though the buckle is not as nice as Kask, it's better than Giro's. Probably less of a problem after some use. Maybe I can paint some red on the side.Leggero ed areato.
